This unique indicator applies RSX to a price data series that was pre-smoothed by JMA. This yields a smooth oscillator as shown in the chart below. We next apply a contracting band around RSX to designate when major reversals occur. In this context, major reversals occur when very efficient trends reverse direction. This may or may not correlate with large price swings.

RSX color changes according to its trend direction, and large dots appear during moments of major reversals. The user can apply NinjaTrader's color menu to select other colors.
